DreamTeam

DreamTeam was an esports platform for players and teams to find each other, organize, and get paid, with a token underneath the economy.

I worked the blockchain and backend side:

• Smart contracts for team token vesting.
• Secure Ethereum key storage and signing on HashiCorp Vault.
• An in-house payment layer unifying PayPal, Stripe, and crypto, replacing a slow third-party aggregator.

The most fun piece wasn’t on-chain at all: analytics and a replay viewer for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, parsing 100+ replays at up to 700MB each, all at once. We also took the ENS prize at the ETHCapeTown hackathon.
